Explosive Band Training:
Jump Stretch Flex-band training has been used by many professional, college, and high school teams. Northwest Missouri State University uses the flex-bands every day during workouts.

Flex Bands are used for:
 • Flexibility & Injury Prevention
 • Explosive Jumps
 • Resisted/Assisted Lifting
 • Anaerobic Conditioning
 • Resisted Running/Jumping
 • Core & Balance Training
 • Rotator Cuff Strengthening
 • Muscle Activation
